We are looking for a Mid Product Engineer who combines strong programming skills with product thinking and ownership mindset, working directly with and reporting to CEO.
This role is designed for engineers who already have production experience and want to own meaningful parts of a product, not just implement tickets.
As a Mid Product Engineer, you will:
Own the development of end-to-end product features, from design to production.
Work directly with and report to the CEO, translating business strategy into technical execution.
Collaborate closely with Product and Business to define technical solutions.
Make pragmatic architectural decisions, balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Work with data, integrations, and internal tools that power the business.
Actively contribute to technical standards and best practices.
2–5 years of experience in product-oriented engineering roles.
Proven experience shipping and maintaining production systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
Comfort discussing trade-offs with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Product mindset: focus on impact, not just implementation.
Fluency in Spanish is required. English is essential.

Flexible Schedule: Employees have the freedom to manage their own time, with a focus on meeting deliverables. Standard working hours are approximately 9:30 to 18:30.
Short Fridays: We finish at 13:30 every Friday.
